Malinda has more than 20 years of experience in business strategy and technology. At Google, she was a founding team member of the ad technology organization. She was a senior partner at WPP where she founded and led their consulting organization and the Product Management and Technology group.

She specializes in business resiliency planning, communications technologies, product management, and technology operations. She has advised clients such as Procter and Gamble, General Electric, Volkswagen, BlackRock, and Walmart, as well as hundreds of startups. She’s a Maine Venture Fund board member and a mentor with Techstars, MassChallenge, and Maine Center for Entrepreneurs. She’s an avid skier and scuba diver, and a certified yoga teacher.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, leading and scaling services organizations to deliver exceptional results. She was instrumental in building and managing the professional services and project management teams at Blue Mantis and served as VP of Operations at a software company. Nancy brings extensive knowledge in partnerships, operations, professional services and managed services, and managing fast-growing companies.

Outside of work, she enjoys visiting the beach, culinary explorations, and embarking on new adventures with her two college-age children.

Brian is a seasoned technologist boasting 25 years of expertise in crafting, expanding, and refining business ecosystems. His journey in the tech landscape has seen him at the helm of Global Systems Engineering at HGST/Western Digital, shaping strategies as a global architect at VMware, and founding and steering tech companies towards success.

His areas of specialization include cybersecurity, designing technology infrastructures, and architecting solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Brian is also well-versed in establishing effective data management practices and developing data science platforms. Beyond his professional endeavors, he contributes to the tech community as a mentor for Techstars and MassChallenge, sharing his wealth of knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs.

Away from the digital world, Brian embraces the great outdoors, pursuing his passions for scuba diving, hiking, and fishing, which provide him with a refreshing escape and a different kind of challenge.

Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the technology space building and refining multiple managed service organizations to achieve best-in-class results. Before joining Uprise, Jason was an executive at Titanium IT, where he led the Managed Services, Engineering and Operations divisions.

He specializes in delivering elite client solutions, strategic business operations, vendor strategy, and process strategy. He has served as a member of multiple technology committees and is heavily involved in the channel. 

Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, rooting for his favorite hockey team and learning new technology.

Kyle Peterson is the Senior Director of Services at Uprise Partners. He’s responsible for new customer experience and services operations. He works with customers on Chief Information Officer advisory and has optimized IT environments for hundreds of customers. He specializes in email security, security compliance, and disaster recovery.

In his free time, you can find Kyle at the movies or cheering on his favorite baseball and football teams.
