Announcing IT Managed Services

2020 was a transformative year in many ways. One of the biggest transformations seen in organizations was the need for accelerated digital transformation.

2020 was a transformative year in many ways. One of the biggest transformations seen in organizations across the board was the desperate need for accelerated digital transformation. In 2021, 77% of CEOs are putting digital transformation at the top of their priority list.

2020 was the year of remote work. More than 66% of the US workforce went remote last year, and many companies closed offices indefinitely and permanently. This newly distributed workforce created operational challenges, performance issues, and security risks.

Security threats also rapidly increased with the growing reliance on home networking, working anywhere on any device, and moving to dispersed IT. 47% of SMBs don’t understand how to protect their organizations’ IT.

We had a jumpstart on addressing these challenges. We’ve been offering CTO-as-a-Service and technology consulting services since we founded our company. In January of last year, we decided to expand on this capability and offer IT Managed Services as well.

IT Managed Services and Help Desk includes 24/7 help desk support, proactive monitoring and alerts, advanced network security, infrastructure management, backup and disaster recovery, patching of all systems, and software and hardware support.

And wow, was our timing fortuitous. When COVID hit in March, businesses really started feeling the pain from their outdated IT environments, and we were able to help. Those backburner digital transformation projects rightfully became a top priority. These challenges don't lend themselves to quick fixes – it’s not called transformation for nothing!

We built out our IT Managed Services team in 2020 and now, as we move into 2021, we’re excited to be able to offer our help to even more of the organizations that need it. We have a dedicated website where you can learn more. Our focus is on small and medium-sized business because these types of businesses are underserved.

Our team has experience working in the most complex environments and with many of the top Fortune 500 companies. Main Street needs – and deserves – the same level of expertise and support as huge multi-national organizations.
