We have three main principles that have become the backbone of our organization, helping us to grow while fostering a culture where everybody knows why we work so hard, everybody is rewarded for their effort, and everybody feels like a valued member of the team.
Everyone started working remotely in 2020, including the Uprise team, and it became immediately clear that this new style of working came with a new set of challenges. Two main concerns emerged: how best to deal with increased cybersecurity risks and how best to motivate a remote team.
Mindfulness, empathy, compassion, and love are words that we frequently hear in relation to human connection and self-care. They’re not words we’ve historically associated with the business world. It’s time we included them.
At the start of each year, I choose a theme that highlights my biggest opportunities and needs for growth and what I think my teams needs most from me.
Our biggest accolades come from our clients’ successes. That said, it’s an honor to be recognized for our team’s expertise.
